Scandal in Spring by Lisa Kleypas
Magic Binds by Ilona Andrews
The Immortals by Jordanna Max Brodsky (marketed as fantasy but definitely romance in there too)
Archangel's Viper & Blaze of Memory, both by Nalini Singh, got 4 stars from me.
