And Barnes & Noble kept them when they introduced the Nook Simple Touch (even though it had a touch screen). And now they've brought them back. Sony Readers also kept buttons after they added touch screens. If the device has buttons I'll almost always use them for page turning rather than touching the screen. Looking up a word, highlighting, etc., is what I use the touch screen for.
