I see it a lot too
This one was appalling though. It seriously looked like the girl hadn't brushed her hair in two or more weeks.
I think the thing that bothers me the most are people who just let their kids run around. I went to an Indian restaurant the other day for lunch, and these two toddlers were running around the restaurant. The thing that scared me is the place is on a busy street and they could have easily run out the door and gotten hit by a car. Not to mention they were ruining my peaceful lunch.
