Hello there
During researching a problem with my Kobo Glo (N613) I have come here for some advice
Symphtoms: Cover page displayed and the Kobo will not turn on
Actions: Hold power slider in off position for 30 secs - nothing
Next: Charge 1 hour and repeat above - nothing
Next: Hold power slide and insert paper clip and release power slider (reset I believe) nothing
Next: Hold power slide and press down light button for 30 secs and release - nothing
Next repeat charge and had a number of goes at the above - nothing
Next: Take back off, checked under the motherboard without removing it and could see the light around the screen lit. Unplugged the battery (or so I thought ) however light have not gone out yet, removed sd card and reseated. Reconnected, put on charge tried all the above nothing

Can any one make a suggestion or do I re-image?
If re-image is it a Stand re-image and may I also have the image please

***Additional info*** I put my kobo card into my pc openned Kobo desk top app and the app recongised the card as my kobo glo and sync! This makes me wonder if the damage is physical / hardware. Any thoughts?
