No, it is not needed. Kobo have said they are not releasing 4.7.10413 to the Aura ONE LE, but the next release will be common to both the versions of the Aura ONE. And it is perfectly safe to use either 4.7.10364 or 4.7.10413 on all the Mark6 devices. I suppose strictly, I shouldn't say all the Mark6 devices, but I have used both versions on all my Kobo devices.
