Just finished up reading Philip Roth's "The Counterlife". Was quite a hard read due to complexity and switching planes without notice. I didn't have any appeal for the subject either. Apart from this I was fascinated about the freshness and creativity of the dialogues. I ended up considering it "an experiment".
