Looking through my TBR and wish lists, I’m finding lots of theme-appropriate books!
I’ve been desperately trying to think of a name for the book club, but can’t think of anything I want to suggest.

The New Leaf though, since a leaf isn’t just a leaf from a tree. It’s thin. And there’s metal leaf (silver, gold etc) used in crafts (creativity and metal), and the hinged part of a door is also called a leaf (the opening of a book/device cover) and leaf can also be a part of a window.
So there is a fun word play, and it incorporates thinness, metal and glass, and the protective flap, on our e-readers
and the association of a window also reminds me of looking through the window to see new things
