Oh, I hear you! I really like to walk and I walk a lot in good weather, but winter defeats me, between the cold and the dark and there's already snow on the ground, which makes footing treacherous and narrow roads even more so. I try to force myself out for even a short walk each day, for some fresh air and to battle the winter blues, but I don't always succeed.
It's just that I know that if I give in now, I'll be looking to shift not less than ten pounds come the New Year, but more like 15.

I'm trying for good days in between the celebratory ones.
