I'm not that brave. It a warm, very dark brown. I would have preferred a cool dark brown but those don't seem to be available in the do-it-at-home kits. My own hair is a mousy brown. Up until a couple of years ago I was a redhead.

I always choose a colour fairly close to my own haircolour; that way you don't see the roots too much

I think if I dyed my hair a bright, unnatural colour my father would have a fit.
