The narrator that is the worst is quite prolific, we are probably thinking of the same person. After a while I developed a mental over ride that put his emphasis on "ignore", hahaha. Otherwise he would have driven me nuts.

Also quite comical is when the narrator picks up the narration on a different day and sounds completely different. They leave off midrange and reading at a clip, they pick up in a slow stately baritone.
