How did you install Sigil in the place? Through software repositories, or did you compile it yourself? What version of Sigil do you have?
My guess is that your Sigil binary is compiled to use the python 3.5 shared library, but that your Chakra Linux (Arch-based, I believe?) system python has moved on to 3.6.
If you compiled Sigil yourself, you'll need to rebuild using the newer system python shared library.
If you installed Sigil via pacman, you need to see if there's a newer version (of Sigil) available to update to that matches your systems's current python version.
