It gets even worse, as a former southern Baptist I most definitely took your statement of faith as being in all your books. It is just too strong and in one's face for the population to believe otherwise.
So even believers don't always want that.
Also it could work the opposite, your readers could be expecting a sermon or three in your books.
Oh by the way, what else are we supposed to think?
