@procyon - just the database.

You can update the actual book files (formats) via the Polish Book tool (EPUB and AZW3 only), and most formats via the Embed Metadata tool, the Modify optional plugin (EPUB only) can also be used.

Polish and Modify can do other things - e.g. font subsetting, removing proprietary artefacts etc.
