Thanks much for your reply. It seems that's the consensus on Kindle TTS. Is there a spreadsheet or list of the Kindle series features and jailbreak capability on the boards or elsewhere? The vague naming convention gets a little confusing.
Overall, which of the refurbished Kindles would be most recommended? It appears the Kindle Keyboard is sold out.
