Jon's post is a standard post generated from https://geek1011.github.io/KoboStuff/kobofirmware.html. It checks the listed affiliates and shows the latest firmware found for any of these affiliates. If you go to the site and click the "Other affiliates" button, it will show the firmware version for each of these affiliates. And "rakutenbooks" is the only one getting 4.6.10075. The others are all on 4.6.9995.

Plus, my information comes from Kobo. When this firmware was detected, I asked what was going on. I posted the response early in the thread.
