@Owl_: Your solution of converting to kepub and then sending that would have been very unlikely to solve the problems discussed in the thread. Unless you are suggesting they did the send without calibre. To my mind, the problem discussed in the thread no longer exists. But, if you can only get books onto your Aura ONE by the method you outline, then, as JSWolf stated, you have problems and should start a thread to discuss them. Of course, if that is the method that you use because you want kepubs on the device rather than epubs, then that is one of the two common methods.
I had only one Epub that gave me error comunicating with the device.
I don't know if calibre or the epub file need a fix
