More to the point, the previous post in the thread is over four years old. Lots of things have changed in that time. About 40 firmware releases, well over 100 releases of calibre including two fairly major rewrites of the KoboTouch driver and the poster is using a device that Kobo hadn't even dreamt of at the time. And I'd hate to think of how many OS patches have been done in the same time.
@Owl_: Your solution of converting to kepub and then sending that would have been very unlikely to solve the problems discussed in the thread. Unless you are suggesting they did the send without calibre. To my mind, the problem discussed in the thread no longer exists. But, if you can only get books onto your Aura ONE by the method you outline, then, as JSWolf stated, you have problems and should start a thread to discuss them. Of course, if that is the method that you use because you want kepubs on the device rather than epubs, then that is one of the two common methods.
