My Kobo Aura H2O first edition is frozen with a white screen. battery is fully charged. Have tried to reset multiple times using the instructions on this forum, with no avail.
I opened up my Kobo and removed the SD to examine it on my laptop. Windows states that my SD has to be formatted.
Can anyone please send me the image to put on the SD card?
