Four of the six titles in the Matthew Corbett series by Robert McCammon, which comes
highly recommended by @snape, have dropped to $2.99 at Kindle and Kobo US (coupon/VIPable). Two of them are actually in an omnibus that makes them $1.495 <grin> each, if you need both titles. A bunch of McCammon's other horror/thriller titles have also dropped to $2.99 - or may have already been $2.99 - I don't tend to follow thriller/horror much.
