GrannyGrump has uploaded a
two-volume book by Mark Twain and Charles Dudley Warner that contains many rare non-Latin text examples. For example, Hieroglyphs, Cuneiform and Amharic characters. (Make sure to download the "HiTech versions.")
If your reader/app doesn't allow you to disable fonts, you'll have to delete the embedded fonts. Also if you're using an ADE/RMSDK based app, you might see images instead of glyphs.
You could also create your own book by converting the following websites to epubs:
