I'm not at all unhappy to be proven wrong on this point. However, my prediction went as follows: "I would guess the new model with Aura One's screen will appear next spring at the earliest." Your link says the dates are not available, so we are still on schedule.

I guess the screen is as nice as ever, but I don't like the new narrow keys. It does not look comfortably operable with one hand the way Inkpad 2 is. The first Inkpad also had less comfortable keys.

Two main things that have prevented me from even considering buying the actual Kobo Aura One:
- no page turn keys
- no microSD slot
