I read it. I did not like it. Cliches abound on every page.
[opinion] Jazz was a completely unlikeable character, and really, it was just Mark Watney with a different name. In The Martian, the Watney character worked. I liked the Martian. I thought Artemis was a weak story with a lot of potential, Jazz was a revolting 14 year old (I was surprised to find out later she is supposed to be 26) and nothing can dissuade me from that opinion. I really disliked her, she was an irresponsible idiot. [/opinion]
