"Crockpot" is a trademark. Do you have the trademark holder's permission to use it in your book title? If not, expect to receive a "cease and desist" letter very soon.
If you do not have the trademark holder's permission, I'd strongly suggest that you rename your book to use a generic phrase such as "slow cooker".
You can't use other people's trademarks for commercial purposes without permission.
