Could you please help me with my new onyx n96ml

I just received it and the stylus some time work well and often not.

it work when I press hard or several times on an icon or to turn the page

tried factory reset and eares the data but the problem still there, also tried to update but always get (no update package available) and my device is up to date any way 1.8.2

i will upload a video to show the problem
