Once is an accident. Twice is a coincidence. Three times is... if not enemy action at least a pattern.
All I can do is repeat knorris's request for ideas tracking it down, if there might be some way to determine if this behaviour is more likely to be Calibre or gdm or something else so as to raise more appropriate reports
