Time to re-imagine. Removing the DRM is as easy to do from an Amazon book as it is from a B&N book.

I can't fault you there. But with Calibre, I use a plug in that converts my ePub to Kepub automagically when I send the books to my Kobo. They show up on the Kobo as Kepubs, while on my PC they are still ePub.

I'd assume there is a similar plug-in for Kindle.

I'm not trying to push you away from B&N and Nook. Just trying to be fair to both devices.
