That does make a difference, a very big difference.
Your PW3 no longer supports active documents (the KUAL document).
Remove it now (if you can).

You will also have to install a different package of the hotfix:

Try to install this hotfix using UYK menu entry or just by putting at top of Visible USB storage and re-boot (with long press of power button) into it.
At least one of those methods should work.

Note: MrPI does not work with 5.9.2
