Device in question

Normal price in the Netherlands is €119, as you can see in the MSRP (Unverbindliche Hersteller Preis). When I ordered it in The Netherlands, I got it for €82 (in a deal/advertisment). A few days ago, it was €59, my GF wanted to order it because it was half the price compared to the Netherlands, and when I went to order it the day after, it had dropped to €38. That lasted for a bit more than a day; now it's back at €82 again.

Well, it does seem Amazon did manage to get everything to my house on the promised date of november 16 or 17, despite jacking around with the delivery dates. The last article, sent today (early in the morning), will arrive tomorrow if everything pans out.

HOWEVER...

One of the pieces of clothing is labeled Small, while I ordered Medium. The box actually says Medium. @$%$%#$%@. So, it's either an S piece in an M box, or it's an M piece with the wrong label.

Swapping it is a hassle:
- Get it to post office tomorrow
- It'll be shipped next Monday
- Wait for Amazon to receive it
- Wait for return shipment

As I'm seeing my GF next Sunday and next week Thursday, I doubt Amazon will have swapped this in only 5 working days with shipping back and forth. So it would be 10 days or even two weeks from now before she can actually try if the swapped article fits.

On top of that, we don't know if the M size will fit; her measurements point to M, at the higher end of the range. She _might_ need L however, as she's 5 foot 9 tall, being Dutch and thus quite tall compared to the average height in other countries. (She's 5 foot 9, or close to 1.75m; I'm 5 foot 11) If she'd need L, I'd need to swap it AGAIN.

Of course, this might all be moot if it actually is an M piece with a wrongly attached S label and it actually fits... but I don't want this to potentially take weeks of swapping and sending back and forth. Therefore I've ordered the article again using the free Prime Trial (which I'll cancel as soon as I receive the piece), and then:

- It fits and I return the one labeled S
- It doesn't fit because of her height, and then I'll swap the M for an L and at the same time I return the one labeled S.

I _HOPE_ I'm going to receive an M-labeled piece in an M-labeled box this time around. And on next Saturday too, as indicated. Jeez.

Now I know why I never order clothing for myself on the Internet. I can imagine why some people just order two or three sizes at the same time and return the ones that don't fit.
Thanks for the clarification. Oh and except for Big Bertha, all my appliances have male names.
I found it odd they labeled that a standmixer.

Now on women's clothes sizes, SML refer more to the size of the chi chis or waist than the length. Your girlfriend would be considered tall here.
