I've been using an iPhone app called Robokiller. You can try it for free then its 99 cents per month. I think its a gift from the gods. A call comes in, Robokiler checks it with a spammer database and you DO NOT get the call. You can check the logs to see if there is a number it blocked that you want to unblock and white-list it.
