at first glance, it doesn't look like it's working for me. i selected 10 files and applied the 'set metadata from files' but when i pulled up the md editor and refreshed it using the epub format, it was different and when i refreshed using mobi it was different from the bulk operation and the epub.
perhaps this means it takes the info from a special file in the book folder? ?opf? and if i ever had any of those, they are long gone. bottom line is that this was well worth trying, but it didn't restore the original titles.
