There is no determination that what the situation is now is a permanent state of things.
If it where, I would have changed them.
None of this forum's moderators are active here, why don't you volunteer?
Being a critic is easy, being an effective contributor takes time and effort.
A lot more time and effort than just venting when you are pissed off that things are not done as you would wish.
