Hello! I'm new and am trying to remove my books from nook so I can add them to my new Kindle.
I have 28 books on my Nook Simple Touch. When I plug it into my Mac (High Sierra), Calibre says it is connected with 0 books.
I've tried configuring the Nook, updating the cached metadata, and using another computer. The other computer said it had the "welcome" book on it.
