I never actually downloaded them. My problem was just that all the books in your BN library show up on the Nook library screen even if they're not on the device. The only way to get them off is to delete or archive them (which was easy enough to do once I realized I could do them all at once.

I sideload everything on all my ereaders from Calibre so once I have all the BN stuff archived I should never have to see it again.
