Well, true – but 1GB can hold (according to some estimates) about 3,000 eBooks. So I (personally) think I can "limp along" with the limitation. I'm guessing I'll never own 3,000 eBooks (side-loaded or otherwise, especially since most of my eBooks are coming from the library these days).
