Error: Error communicating with device message
I have a 2nd generation Kindle HD 8 and when connecting to Calibre (the latest version), I've been getting a connection error message. However, I can still send books to the device. The software is unable to obtain a list of books on the device. Details of the message:

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
