I'm now shopping for a new device. I don't know if I want another Paperwhite or a tablet and would like any advice you may have.
I used my PW for a lot of personal documents. I would highlight text and add a note, then connect the PW to my computer and open the .txt file "My CLippings.txt" and then copy the noted text to a Word.docx as a kind of book report. I would then email to my Kindle and have to available on my PW. Can I do the same with a tablet?
Do iPads have a Kindle Documents folder like the PW once you install the Kindle App? Can I move unprotected eBooks into it via USB.
I'm struggling here. I had all of my operations down pat with the Paperwhite, but hated the experimental browser and don't want to just jump into buying another one.
Thanks for any replies!

I have kind of the same problem as yours. I want to
sync with iOS device everything possible, my notes, contacts and calendars. But on the other hand side I think maybe it's better to buy just a reader, so that other stuff didn't disturbed me while reading.
