The other important factor to consider is after purchase warranty and service.
The ereader-store store offers a two year warranty, I believe. And Booxtor has a solid reputation when it comes to resolving issues. He was very prompt at responding to the couple of questions I had after purchasing my Max, and he has also gone out of his way to assist others with issues who had bought their ereaders elsewhere. Just something to consider.
