Sorry, but that won't happen. You can get an alphabetical list of titles in the main window by sorting by title.

No chance to make eg some changes in the main calibre program in order to fullfill my wish in CC?
If you really want this then yes, there is a way using a calibre custom column "built from other columns". If you have a huge library then this method might reduce calibre's performance.
  1. In calibre, create a custom column "built from other columns" (not like tags) that contains the title. The template would be {title} or perhaps {title_sort} depending on which one you want to see.
  2. Connect CC to calibre as a wireless device so that CC learns about this new column.
  3. Disconnect CC.
  4. In CC, go to Settings / Grouping Drawer
  5. Tap on "Group/Sort on custom columns
  6. Find your new column in the list and put a check mark next to it.
  7. Press OK.
Optionally, remove the standard "Title" group and replace it with your new column.
  1. In CC's Settings / Grouping Drawer, tap on Select groups to show
  2. Uncheck the standard "Title" column
  3. Ensure that your new column is checked (it should be)
  4. Use the up and down arrows to move your new column to the top of the list, or wherever you want it.
