We have the hot/cold discussion every day at work. Same temp and half the people are hot and the other half are cold. The hot people turn on a fan and the cold people grab a portable heater. It's ridiculous sometimes!
I wear t-shirts year round because I'm always hot. I also will go turn off those portable heaters after a bit too.
