Well, it sorted itself out. The thermostat had lost it's settings again (it does so a couple of times each winter, in summer we don't notice it) and the heating had been off all weekend. Which meant it was really cold, even my father thought so. When he reprogrammed it I made him set it to 18C, that means that in the front half of the store it'll be 14-16C depending on various factors.
