I made Alton Brown's meatloaf recipe for the first time last night. I used ground turkey and lean ground beef instead of ground chuck/ground sirloin. I also added an Anaheim pepper from the garden and chopped mushrooms. It was delicious—the best meatloaf I've ever eaten! I'm looking forward to leftovers tonight.
