Handling of Footnotes

Hi,

I once had the problem, that my original word document was lost and only the epub with over 100 footnotes was left. I had to use a workaround via html-export and libreoffice import to get the footnotes back into the word document.

Since calibre can convert (word) docx to epub and epubs to docx, it would be helpful if there were a footnote handling in the conversion, that identifies footnotes so that epub footnotes could be converted to docx footnotes.

Regards,
