IMO I don't think it's worth making a new feature. I'd use something like that MAYBE once a year. I put everything in the reject list, whether it's a fic I have, or one I don't like, so if I try to add something I'll know. I just would like a separate listing that I could peruse once in a while. Getting it this way is fine, I don't mind a bit of work to separate it.
Went and looked at it, and it won't be too difficult to fix up, and it also shows reason if I marked it. I'm good
