As this is rapidly turning into an Amazon versus the rest of the world battle following announcements of Bookeen(makers of the Cybook currently supporting mobi format)who will be supporting epub and Plastic logic supporting epub and Sony supporting epub I think Amazon will either have to support epub or DIE !!!!
Just joking. But it does look like Amazon in the US with Sony and Cybook in the rest of the world
