Not if you're honest, as we assume everyone here is. OverDrive audiobooks are DRM-free; presumably they trust people to delete the files when done.
I'm very grateful myself, since that's one way I feed my MP3 player for use while swimming. (Downpour is my other source for DRM-free audiobooks.)
