I used the calibre-3.10.0.msi file for my Windows 10 PC. If I were installing fresh I probably would have used the 64-bit version, but I don't know if that would have seamlessly installed over the 32-bit version I already had. A tip: on your Windows 10 PC, if your program is installed into the "Program Files (x86)" directory, that's 32-bit. If it's the "Program Files" directory that's 64-bit. If you have a 64-bit machine there's no reason not to use 64-bit programs, but I just haven't bothered to check compatibility yet. I'd recommend using whichever you are *currently* using.
No clue about Macs, though.
