My blue cloth (water-safe) cover is 116g (4oz) or maybe a gram more, for a total of 310g or 10.9oz with Oasis attached. That's compared to the first Oasis which was 240g/8.5oz for the device+case. It's on the heavy side, but the device is not uncomfortable by itself; I think I'll end up using it more often without the case than I did the previous edition.
I'm finding the case definitely needs some breaking in when it comes to the "stand up" capability. The crease needs a bit of working to get it as stable as I want. I think the overall utility of the case is not *quite* good as my beloved Voyage Origami case, but it's certainly better than not having any stand-up at all like with the first Oasis.
