Kobo aura H20

Sorry for my bad english
I buy a kobo aura. It's disconect and shutdown afer one our two ebook upload.
I look at windows but the driver is okay. a periferic analysis seems all ok.
Do you have an idea of the problem?
it's more annoying than anything else but it takes a long time to upload the books...
