Hi guys, I own a kobo glo and since last year the battery has been acting weird..

1) sometimes it charges up to 96% then stops
2) sometimes the percentage doesn't increase, stays like at 61%, then I disconnect the charger and goes down to 12%
3) sometimes it discharges in a day, sometimes in a week or more

I have tried different cables, different chargers (wall or PC), factory reset and update to the latest firmware (4.6.9995) but still no luck.. Is the ereader dead? What else can I try?
