Well I don't live anywhere near a distribution centre (as far as I know) but my status hasn't changed at all.
I never got an email or a call back from the first CS rep who cut me off. I phoned again and was kept on hold for ages while the CS rep 'tried' to work out what was happening, in the end she said "the order isn't moving as the item is not released until tomorrow". At that point I gave up. Strangely enough she never emailed me after our call either, so I've had no 'did I solve your problem' emails. I wonder why.
